Reward for Help Locating Stolen Pitbull

This is the animal news update for April 22, 2018.

The Animal Rescue League of Boston is offering a reward for help in locating a 3 year old white and gray pitbull dog that was stolen from the shelter last week.

The Homeless Animal Rescue Team is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary. They have saved almost 1800 cats and are celebrated with a fund raiser on April 21. The money they raised is going towards veterinary bills, cat food and cat litter.

The Angel Ridge Animal Rescue in Meadowlands, PA is hold a Mega Flea Market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 19. Angel Ridge Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) no-kill shelter and sanctuary for dogs, cats and horses. It is located on 50 acre Angel Ridge farm in Washington, Pennsylvania. Lamar County, Alabama residents are asking republican candidates running for election for an animal shelter. There is an over population of stray animals and currently there is no shelter. Residents, in the past, have been told that there is no funding. County leaders have indicated that they are looking for funds to start an animal shelter. Read more here.
